Errors

[edit]

Under the word Romandy ( Romandie )I found an error in the explanation of how the French language is spoken there (Romandy!) " Un sous " (money )isn't 20 centimes but 5 centimes ,when we speak of "quatre sous " we mean four times five centimes , "dix sous " sous equal 50 centimes, " vingt sous" equal one franc, " cent sous equal five francs or une "thune " This is spoken in the French language in general not in a jargon specific to Romandy .

Octante is not in use anymore (since the 19th century at least). It's a well known myth especially relayed by central french (i.e. of France) lexicons. See discussion under "swiss french".

Intro

Is it really necessary to say all that Welsh-stuff in the very beginning of the article? The length of it is ridiculous. --213.186.241.68 16:45, 17 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]
