The claim that Niue's rugby union team has "played just 10 games to date" is clearly incorrect. The problem is, no source is provided for that "information", and hence no date, which means there's no way of knowing how outdated it is. Subsequent to that having been written, Niue competed in (and won) the 2008 FORU Cup. I'm removing the incorrect information. Feel free to put in an updated and properly sourced version.
