I'll be reviewing this within the next few days. Thanks Secret account 00:29, 20 February 2014 (UTC)
- "its similarity to a vulgar phrase." I'm sure you can wikilink the vulgar phrase, as Wikipedia is not censored.
- "twice with the baseball team at California State University, Stanislaus before being" I think it's clear if he played in a division III World Series, we are talking about a baseball team, redundant, remove.
- What made the 1984 campaign "encouraging" outside appearing a career high in games. POV issue, remove
- "Kuntz's son Kevin is a minor league player in the Royals organization." Is it needed in the lead? It isn't like his son meets WP:GNG for now? Personal life is fine.
- "He was selected a few picks ahead of Chili Davis, who hit 350 home runs in his major league career." Trivia, remove.
- Wikilink batting average
- "finished first in that year's Gulf Coast League standings" should be finished first in the Gulf Coast League standings. Grammar, that year is repetitive.
- The "LaRussa managed the Oaks..." sentence in the end of the paragraph is unneeded as we are discussing Kuntz, not La Russa, remove.
- do you know why he was used "sparingly" by the White Sox
- "He was called back up to the major league team near the end of that season.[2]" It's better as He was called back up to the White Sox organization near the end of that season.
- "a player named Mike Sodders" - we know Sodders is a player, remove "a player named" or replace it as "a minor leaguer" as there is no evidence Sodders ever played a Major League game.
- What does "who wouldn't synch up again..." means?
- Why wikilinks to Seattle and Houston but not the Marlins?
- All numbers less than 10 should be alphabetized per WP:MOS
- Quotes are properly sourced, no close paraphrasing concerns.
- Considering he's currently the first base coach for the Royals, it might be possible to get a free image of Kuntz, check Flickr for potentially free images, or if they aren't compatible to Wikipedia, ask the uploader to change the license. 90% of the time they are willing to do so.

- Done, mostly. Not sure why he was used sparingly by the White Sox. Respectfully disagree with the suggestion about "White Sox organization" vs. major league team. Organization generally refers to the MLB team as well as its minor league affiliates, so that would make the sentence unclear. "Synch up" means that the players play well together. As short for "synchronize", it's a tad informal, but as a direct quote I think it's understandable and acceptable. Regarding the MOS rule regarding numbers less than ten, you're right in general but there are exceptions. Where are you referring to? Will look for a free image. Did see the Flickr ones licensed under 2.0; might ask one of those uploaders. Thanks! EricEnfermero HOWDY! 03:28, 21 February 2014 (UTC)
For the home runs, which is the only usage of numbers under 10, minor issue however so passing, get the image though! Secret account 03:57, 21 February 2014 (UTC)
