This article could definitely be cleaned up. Possible improvements include:

Breaking the article into sections
Fixing some of the red links. A lot of them could simply go to MIPS; similarly, the links to individual SGI motherboad pages could just go to SGI motherboards or something like that.

making clear is this article historical - or in fact is an guide for people that would like to know more about Indigo2 and how to use it - or both of them ? If it`s historical then some sub * chapter with "History" title should be present, after then stop using terms like was, had etc. all in passed time. This article is still very obscure, the only chapter well explained is the "Graphics" one, but there still some quotations are not adeguate, like the Quake capabilities which are quite irrelevant, and should go further to the non-existent "Software" chapter.

Plenty of article titles have characters not on a standard keyboard; also, why is the Challenge M portion being dropped? This is not uncontroversial and should be discussed first. Parsecboy (talk) 15:46, 16 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Oppose. "Too long" for what? We have article names way longer than that (eg. this, this and this), and as far as I know there's no rule on how long an article name can be. To answer your other point: Wikipedia has no rule that titles must be written in certain characters, or that certain characters may not be used. Also, the reader will find this page anyway by typing "SGI Indigo2" in the search box, because SGI Indigo2 redirects here. Furthermore, the proposed name omits the SGI Challenge M, which also happens to be covered by this article. Jafeluv (talk) 11:44, 18 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]
