incorrect resident identified
[edit]This house was incorrectly identified as the Samuel Elder House and Samuel Elder was incorrectly identified as a resident. This error occurred for reasons described in my edits.

I know because I live in the house. The house numbers in the Rangeley development were changed after the time when Samuel Elder lived at 38 Rangeley. When he lived at 38 Rangeley that address was assigned to another house in the development. The house shown in the picture is the Skillings-Manny House.
