I will erase the Redirect page San Nicolás, Buenos Aires, because it will be used for the Neighbourhood in Buenos Aires city rather than the city in the Buenos Aires Province. The Neighbourhood's Article should have, though, a reference such as:

For the city in the Buenos Aires Province see San Nicolás de los Arroyos

San Nicolas must have grown like a weed in the last few years. I lived there during the last half of 1962 and I don't remember there being more than 30,000-40,000 people there. The downtown main street, La Nacion, didn't have any building higher that 2-3 storys that I can remember.
