Rationale for page creation
[edit]The previous page "Sherman" included some material more appropriate for Sherman (name), as well as dab entries for the tank, placenames, etc, so I split it to create the name page and this disambiguation page. At the same time I disambiguated all incoming links (mostly to the tank, the General, or the place in Texas, and a few others).
