Demographics

I have attempted to make the demographics more readable, and included a link to the records themselves for more information. I also took removed the population density stat for two reasons. 1. It’s not actually stated in the census. 2. The population density is almost 3 times the size of the population while the area is only half that of the density (0.4 sq mi compared to 1 sq mi). I think its clearer to say that there were 959 people living on 256 acres of land than saying there is a density of 2,591.2 per square mile. Similar idea for the housing density.
