Owns or runs?[edit]

Surely a shopkeeper is someone who keeps a shop, regardless of the ownership of said shop? For example, we do not know if Mr Hooper was the owner of the store in Sesame Street, but clearly, he was the man who kept the shop, and was thus the shopkeeper. —Preceding unsigned comment added by DermottBanana (talk • contribs) 10:55, 26 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]
