Shriwardhan is well known for the untouched clean beach without any pollution . The closest airport is the airport in Mumbai and Pune . Both these cities are similar distance from shriwardhan. There are numerous loging facility for any visitor to stay.

Ranavali Horticulture Project:
A Group of Eleven likeminded Agriculturist started Ranavali Horticulture Project in Srivardhan district of Maharashtra, India. The Project was envisaged in year 1999 /00 to: a) To change mindset of people & promote use of modern agriculture methods b) To develop new plantations using new varieties c) To develop forward linkages to Market - Farm to Fork concept
The Group acquired a plot of Land on co-operative principles to plant Cashew, Bamboo, Mangoes, Amla in year 2000. The project planning, plot development, creating agriculture infrastructure was completed in 2001. The site boast of Lift irrigation, Drip Irrigation , Rain Water Harvesting facilities. The Produce is well accepted in the Market.
