The article should expand the interactions section to include the most common dietary, pharmaceutical drug, and recreation drug interactions based on common CYP3A4 and CYP2C9 inducers and their effect on reducing the efficacy of the drug, as well as liting the same enzymes most common substrates and inhibitors and the increased risk of dangerous hypotension and priapism when combining such substances with sildenafil.
