[edit]Hi, my name is Audra and I created this page primarily for a research course I'm taking. I've been very interested in the subject, but have never created a Wikipedia article before. Please edit away! I'd love to see this page grow as I'll learn from every addition and edit. --Amd2102 (talk) 23:36, 3 May 2009 (UTC)
Due to the status of the article I removed some external links as well as the "Etsy" section as it may have been seen as extraneous. This is the section that I removed:
Myriad examples of slow marketing that connect producer and consumer can be found on the website Etsy. Etsy provides a space where producers have access to sell directly to potential buyers. Dominated by small businesses, creative entrepreneurs, and crafters, Etsy’s mission “is to enable people to make a living making things, and to reconnect makers with buyers.”[4] Etsy participants host profile pages that allow buyers to get to know sellers, and vice versa.
