[edit]I have never heard of any country specifically labelling magic mushrooms "hard drugs". In fact in most discussions apart from cannabis they are most often mentioned as some of the "softest" ones, and in most of Europe laws reflect this. Therefore I have removed that expression from the article. 193.166.85.144 11:42, 17 June 2006 (UTC)
In the UK, they are "class A", the highest classification going, equivalent to crack and heroin. As a comparison, cannabis is class C. Not that I don't agree with you - our legislation is wrong, but my opinion has no place on an encyclopedia. 82.19.66.37 18:58, 23 May 2007 (UTC)

[edit]Should all those be included? It's a bit spam-y. Miserlou 16:20, 6 November 2007 (UTC)
Term's use?
[edit]I've never heard this term. Is it used in the UK, US, Holland, or other places? It needs to be clarified. Malick78 (talk) 19:23, 4 March 2012 (UTC)
Tone is not neutral
[edit]For example, the Government of the Kingdom of Sweden with its zero tolerance drug policy, does not accept physical smart shops and have shut down every known Swedish online smart shop that have been selling pure research chemicals on the visible Web.
Why the emphasis on "pure"? Why are they "research" chemicals? This looks like editorializing. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 178.38.67.19 (talk) 12:37, 14 May 2015 (UTC)
