- As I mentioned on your talk page, the sources need to have been published. Department memorandums probably don't qualify unless they've been published, such as on the department's website. If they have, then just link to them. Photos are under different rules - they don't have to have been published, but they do have to have been taken by you so that you can release the copyright. As for the mechanism, you can follow this link [1] then make sure you understand the license agreement. Rezin (talk) 03:41, 5 December 2014 (UTC)
- It occurs to me that a nice clear photograph of the pistol could convey a lot of information, especially about the markings, making written sources unneccessary for that material. 'A picture's worth a thouasand words.' Rezin (talk) 18:08, 5 December 2014 (UTC)
