Err, although I'm probably the only person to be reading this, wanted to ask a question: Most of my knowledge of the journal comes from reading the actual issues, for example, I plan to add a list of former editors, the editoral board, etc. How should one cite such a source, that is, from a span of 73 volumes of the journal? Is that even necessary? From following style guidelines it would seem that one should try to have easily available sources, i.e. no original research. My knowledge about the subject is my own, yet could be accessible to anyone with a library of the journal. I guess the line is where the source becomes so broad in scope that it almost blurs itself.
