I check pages listed in Category:Pages with incorrect ref formatting to try to fix reference errors. One of the things I do is look for content for orphaned references in wikilinked articles. I have found content for some of Sol Invictus (Faith No More album)'s orphans, the problem is that I found more than one version. I can't determine which (if any) is correct for this article, so I am asking for a sentient editor to look it over and copy the correct ref content into this article.

I apologize if any of the above are effectively identical; I am just a simple computer program, so I can't determine whether minor differences are significant or not. AnomieBOT 09:50, 2 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]

“Patton drops slap bass”?[edit]

Is that meant seriosly: “On Sol Invictus, Patton drops the slap bass and rap techniques of prior releases, instead utilizing middle-range vocals.”? If any, this refers to FNM altogether, because Patton does not play bass in FNM. I'd like to change that replacing Patton by FNM. (Btw, this is a very uninformed statement, since FNM dropped slap bass techniques at King for a Day... and rapping at Angel Dust. And the source's claim that Rise of the Fall has a ska element is ridiculous. I don't know how to call the style of this song, but it is in no way ska.)--Einar Moses Wohltun (talk) 13:58, 18 July 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Well, all these years later and that rubbish is still there. I'd prefer to just get rid of the entire 'style' section altogether, but that's just meRobbmonster (talk) 04:48, 12 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]

O.A.F.[edit]

Anyone know who or what this mysterious O.A.F. is who is credited as co-writer on a couple of tracks?Robbmonster (talk) 10:11, 7 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]
