Huge change in max smoothed sunspot number
[edit]On 24 May 2017, Jan Janssens (STCE) increased the smoothed sunspot numbers by 66.67% (diff)
That represented a change from the SIDC version 1 convention to the SIDC version 2 convention, but there's no explanation in the article about which version it is. I propose changing this article, and the other Solar Cycle articles, to clarify that; please discuss it here:
