Consolidation of this article into bazaar

Hi all, I have made a major restructuring. Since a souq and a bazaar are the same thing (in general, except for regional word usage and perhaps some technicalities like being covered or not), I have brought over the information that was in the souq article to this article. Much of it was almost exact duplication. Nothing has been lost. Due to length, I separated out the list of bazaars into the new article List of bazaars and souqs.
