Is it necessary that there is a link to the mascot page on wikipedia in the tables for the divisions?
- I wouldn't say that it's "necessary" ... but it is indeed helpful to those readers who have no idea what the word means or to those who want to find out more about it. Such is the purpose of all links in a Wikipedia article. And, I guess that the word "mascot" may be unfamiliar to enough people, such that it warranted a link. That was my reasoning in placing the link in this article. Your thoughts? (Joseph A. Spadaro (talk) 05:03, 29 March 2008 (UTC))
