The picture is out of date, headlights at daytime are nowadays only required in autumn & winter. Also I don't know about the 40 km/h minimum limits, some streets in my neighborhood have been posted at 30 km/h since the 90s. 93.136.119.107 (talk) 03:52, 17 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Indeed, there are plenty of streets with 30 km/h signs, and I heard stories of people getting speeding tickets there, but the law is very clear (Brzina kretanja vozila na cesti uz normalne prometne uvjete ne smije se ograničiti ispod 40 km na sat; »cesta« je svaka javna cesta, ulice u naselju i nerazvrstane ceste na kojima se obavlja promet).
