This show aired in 2002. There is no need for a spoiler tag.

Yes, there is a need. Heck, a show from the 1960s would still need a spoiler tag..Illyria05 (Talk  Contributions) 14:10, 14 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]
I believe the policy is that once the show has aired there is no need for a spoiler tag. Otherwise, every wiki article about a television show, movie, book, comic, etc. would have a spoiler tag. I really don't think it is necessary.

Yes, it is necessary. Many many people have not seen this show, so this would need a spoiler tag.. Illyria05 (Talk  Contributions) 13:14, 16 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]
I was asked to come here and give a neutral third party opinion. I'm personally generally against spoiler warnings as I believe them to be just clutter, that people don't even make use of (a placebo to put it candidly). The present page (without a plot) does not need a {{spoiler}} warning, in my opinion - it seems more a teaser. WP:SPOILER states "Although Wikipedia strives first to inform and so may include spoilers, not all visitors will recognize this function, so some people will appreciate a spoiler notice" - the warning is a courtesy, not a right. I'd personally like to see spoiler warning usage toned down, but it won't happen :-(. Matthew 16:27, 17 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]
You're right, Matthew, I'm backing off :P , but the point being, that no matter when the episode aired, spoiler warnings can be added.. I'll remove it in the interest of peace :) .. Thanks everyone :) Illyria05 (Talk  Contributions) 16:58, 17 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Yes, they can. They're best utilized for episodes that have not aired or full plots in my opinion though. The thing that makes them so useless is the fact they're so overused. Matthew 17:10, 17 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Okay, I see.. Thanks for your help :)Illyria05 (Talk  Contributions) 18:50, 17 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Fair use rationale for Image:Birds of Prey - Split.jpg[edit]

Image:Birds of Prey - Split.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.
