@VihirLak007: the AfD discussion Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/St. Anne's Balika Maha Vidyalaya, Wattala ended as 'redirect', and you shouldn't override that. You can develop content in the draft space or your own user space, and submit it for review at AfC.
