Carlos?[edit]

Untitled[edit]

Perhaps not worth including in the article, but there is a curious "mistake" in this story. One of the Lipid crew is named Carlos, based on Sifkitz' recollection of Carlos Delgado, a baseball player he says was nicknamed "The Big Cat". But Delgado never had that nickname. Either Sifkitz or Stephen King is confusing Delgado with Andres Galarraga, another slugging first baseman from the 1990s who starred for a Canadian team, and finished up with the Mets. Just wondering if anyone can shed any light on this apparent mistake. Lafong (talk) 20:54, 7 April 2011 (UTC)
