Hate Crimes

Completely agree that this is not a University advertisement. It is, however, an encyclopedia; it is important to remember this when making additions to the article. Such a "current event" issue which has been incredibly contained is not worthwhile to be added into an encyclopedia. Perhaps, in order to reach some sort of agreement, you can consider making a much smaller reference to the issue. Finally, consider that (since the issue is clearly controversial enough to be causing a sort of edit war) you do NOT add it until you have properly referenced information. I have removed the following text from the article:

Stetson held two ceremonial groundbreakings September 21, 2008, for two buildings: the new Science Center and the Homer and Dolly Hand Art Center. Construction on the Science Center has begun and both buildings are expected to be finished for the 2008–09 school year. Two other academic building projects were also announced at the groundbreaking. The four projects represent $13 million in new construction at Stetson.

The first phase of the Science Center will be a 22,000-square-foot (2,000 m²) expansion to the front (west side) of the existing science building, Sage Hall. The new two-story section will increase space for science at Stetson by nearly 50 percent.

The new 5,000-square-foot (460 m²) Homer and Dolly Hand Art Center will feature two galleries — one to exhibit rotating selections from Stetson’s extensive collection of art by modernist painter Oscar Bluemner (1867–1938) and the second to display other works from the university’s permanent art collection or for special shows. It will be between Sampson Hall and the duPont-Ball Library on campus.

Adding College of Law to list of Stetson University academic programs

Can you please add the following info to the academic section for Stetson University?

College of Law The College of Law offers Juris Doctor and Master of Laws degrees at its campuses in Tampa Bay, Florida. LL.M. students may specialize in advocacy, elder law or international law, and J.D. students may pursue certificates of concentration in advocacy, elder law, environmental law, international law or social justice advocacy. U.S. News and World Report ranked Stetson's College of Law #1 for trial advocacy and #5 for legal writing in its 2014 "Best Graduate Schools" issue.
