   Thanks for your courtesy in providing at least the question mark, and please forgive the long delay in responding. On the other hand, the test of time is not the worst test of what the Reader's Digest called "Articles of lasting interest" ... even if interest in their pub tailed off into the oblivion of inadequate rate of profit.
   BTW, our term of art for our criterion of merit is "notability", in a sense whose attributes are available courtesy of the "markup" behind that word's "wiki-link", which leads you there from this talk page.
