Naseleni mesta - Settlements
[edit]I'm confused, are naseleni mesta/settlements and administration subdivision or just administrative subdivision of a municipality/territory? I've seen the term "city proper" on a few city articles for Bulgaria, but have no idea what that means. It'd appear that there is no level of local government below the municipal level, but that's just an educated guess. --Criticalthinker (talk) 08:25, 12 December 2016 (UTC)
