Submucous plexus is not same as Meissner's plexus?

Is this correct? I found in some sources that submucous plexus is actually divided in two parts: inner submucous - which is called Meissner's plexus, which lays directly below muscularis mucosa, and Henle/Schabadasch plexus. In article it is written as synonym.
