Article title[edit]

What would be a good title for this article? Keep the current Swedish word, or translate it into English in some way (e.g. Swedish county road), though it would be a longer term? Also to be considered is consistency, Riksväg is difficult to translate into English. I find it would be good to have both these related articles named in the same kind of fashion.
