"Incorporation" is a dangerous concept. That source must certainly be regarded as reliable, but it is certainly copyrighted, so be sure to attribute any direct quotations. This is why I mentioned it here rather than going ahead with simply adding the material. Thanks for all the help to date. I don't have a lot of experience with infoboxes (which is what I think you mean by "template box"), but it sounds like a good idea. The ones that I have dealt with were easy enough to use: just copy the infobox template and fill in as many blanks as appropriate.
