Redirect to "Sedimentary basin"[edit]
Although not a precise synonym, the usage of "syneclise" overlaps greatly with the term sedimentary basin. Some of the structures given as examples, such as the Dnieper-Donits Basin are only rarely described as a "syneclise". I propose a redirect to sedimentary basin as suggested by @Hemiauchenia: at Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Geology#Syneclise. Mikenorton (talk) 17:07, 17 June 2021 (UTC)
