Please help me fix this page. I am new to this and noticed there wasn't an article on the Canadian System Access Fee and I wanted there to be one. I wanted to say what it was and that politically and socially it is a hot topic right now in Canada.

This is a worthy topic, but copying text from other websites is against policy and is against Canadian law. Check out Your First Article for some advice. BradV 19:00, 3 July 2008 (UTC)

That part has been removed. Is it against law and policy if the exact copy is replicated in the article from from the specific site but stated clearly that is an excerpt and sourced below in the references? —Preceding unsigned comment added by Chilltownian (talkcontribs) 21:01, 3 July 2008 (UTC)
