Disclusion of reference to Transaction Network Services

- The reason was "-extlink with no specifically related bluelink". The TNS article, as with most wikipedia list articles, is only for pointers to actual wikipedia pages, and wikipedia is definitely not a directory of companies or other off-wiki items. Transaction Network Services is not an article (it's a redlink).

- Indeed, there is no Wikipedia article about Transaction Network Services. So it makes sense not to include it in the acronyms.
