Where the article can be improved
[edit]I think this article can be improved by someone with access to (expensive) UK legal resources - I am loathe to add more sources of my own because they will give the article a disproportionately Australian slant.
- UK appellate cases where the case has been considered, followed or applied.
- UK academic sources (commentaries, journals) that cite the case for a proposition.
- Other Commonwealth legal cases or academic sources.
- Some context on the availability of the remedy of specific performance (especially in sale of land cases).
- The Chancery merger of 1873 (this is the background for the judges' discussion on proceeding to award damages if specific performance is not decreed). --Mkativerata (talk) 20:43, 15 December 2009 (UTC)
