Comparison
[edit]Five comedians rather than five celebrities.[1]
The Taskmaster is nicer to Alex in the United States version. There is no prize round task but there are prizes for each episode. The episodes are 30 minutes instead of an hour and less tasks though they try to make up for it by having back to back episodes.[2]

- (For context: this section is a response to my revert here.) There is a difference between comedians and stand-up comedians; we could (tenuously) count Richard Osman, Liza Tarbuck and Alice Levine in the former group but they certainly don't fit in the latter category. You are welcome to describe them as comedians (with these sources). These differences, and some others from that Den of Geek! source, look like good additions to the article. However, we shouldn't characterise the episode airings as "mak[ing] up for" the difference in runtime (I think what's happened is that Comedy Central lost faith in the show and so they burned off the episodes – but this would be original research). — Bilorv(c)(talk) 23:48, 22 May 2018 (UTC)
