Fact updates

Hello fellow Wikipedians,

New to this, but wanted to let you know I have updated the employee number. This has changed following the sale of the Long Products Europe business in 2016 and the Speciality Steels business in 2017. — Preceding unsigned comment added by DGB1965 (talkcontribs) 12:57, 13 July 2017 (UTC)

Separation from British Steel Pension Scheme (BSPS)

The arrangement will segregate BSPS from Tata Steel UK (...) As part of the arrangement, Tata Steel UK will make a payment of £550 million to the British Steel Pension Scheme (BSPS), while 33 per cent of Tata Steel UK’s equity will be issued to the scheme’s trustee.
