How are nominees, winners and presidents chosen?

How is the president selected? Who nominates programmes/personalities etc and how is the winner chosen? Is the process impartial? And if these are not known, should this be mentioned? Robertm25 (talk) 14:28, 30 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]
