Falsified credits for "King Scorpion" and "Ruby-Spears Australia" were removed. --206.208.224.161 (talk) 20:52, 9 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Credits for "Ruby Spears Australia" again removed. It is clearly and painfully obvious that those are fake based upon the names included in the credits. There has never been such a company. --PopCulturalTX (talk) 23:29, 13 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Description for 'The Not So Buried Treasure'[edit]

I made a description (based on memory) for the episode 'The Not So Buried Treasure'; but I didn't want to just put it in as I couldn't find any citation to back it up:

While the family is shopping at ‘Bear Mart’, Papa Bear takes interest in a magazine, ‘Million Dollar Ideas in your own Backyard’. On the way home, he searches it for the best scheme to guarantee “Big Money” for the entire family (even taking on the suggestion that they dig up the entire backyard, looking for buried treasure; Mama Bear of course rejects this immediately). Brother Bear than points out a sign that points to “Pirates Cove“, and Papa Bear later confirms (via. his magazine) that treasure is in fact buried there. He, Brother and Sister Bear than venture off to find it; but they then soon come back empty-handed, realizing that they don’t know where to dig. Papa, Brother and Sister bear (still determined to find it) think for a time where it could be, until Mama Bear states she remembers seeing an old map somewhere in the attic; and much to everyone’s luck, the kids find it. Later that night (the map states moon shadows are needed as landmarks), the entire family goes to “Pirates Cove” to find the treasure. When they (actually Mama Bear) eventually find where to dig, dig the chest up and open it, they find that it contains only pictures of the family. It’s explained that Mama Bear hid the map and buried the chest with pictures to show everyone what real treasure is; and Sister Bear agrees “…we may have not found any gold, but we sure are rich.”

I do find it somewhat incomplete as I can't remember the name of the relative who comes over (with cookies and a crystal ball) who states that "great wealth a very near".

I can also confirm with this citation (http://www.stmproducts.com/tv-teddy.html) that a video featuring this episode was included with every new "TV Teddy".

Recent archive efforts and digitization of 1985-87 series[edit]

Looks like they got all the master materials back. All 52 episodes, and all specials.
