Public domain or not public domain?[edit]

Is this cartoon really in the public domain or not? I think people are confusing this cartoon being public domain for Gopher Goofy (1942, directed by Norm McCabe), a cartoon that's actually in the public domain. 24.180.56.157 (talk) 19:21, 21 May 2015 (UTC)[reply]
