Is this film notable?

I googled "thin ice documentary" and the first 30 hits didn't appear to be reliable sources, except perhaps the web site of Philippine_Daily_Inquirer. Are there multiple reviews, or major newspaper articles that are more than mere notices of screenings, or surveys that indicate this film has had any impact?
