Merge

[edit]

I think it would make more sense to merge this article (and it's "see also" links) into the article on delusions. Any objections?— Preceding unsigned comment added by Psychojosh13 (talkcontribs) 14:48, 12 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

yeah i object, unless you merge the other thought alienation symptoms. also, the first half is contradicted (at present) by the second - a feeling that your thoughts aren't yours is not the same as the firmly held conviction that the are not. i say this as soemone who has had this symptom, and still does experience the world that way, but now has the insight not to be delusional per se. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 94.9.191.33 (talk) 16:49, 8 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Some thoughts are and some aren't

[edit]

Why does thought insertion include as part of the definition that people identify some but not all their thoughts as external. this implies that another article needs to be linked for the condition where all thoughts are beamed into the mind. or that they are actually all beamed into the mind. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 109.153.111.237 (talk) 05:59, 1 December 2021 (UTC) Also if thought is All beamed into the mind and we essentially react maybe we can talk take over — Preceding unsigned comment added by 109.153.111.237 (talk) 12:42, 1 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]

under "auditory verbal hallucinations"

[edit]

beginning with this sentence "Even in the case of Auditory verbal hallucinations, ..." it gets really weird, the grammar is wrong, and it kinda sounds like someone currently experiencing this wrote it 2A02:810D:94BF:FCDC:D9AA:2557:B863:59C8 (talk) 23:44, 20 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]
