Gasoline vs petrol[edit]

I will never understand some people's need to change words or phrasing from British/Commonwealth spelling/usage to American... to avoid any silly revert wars etc, I've simply added the original "petrol" to the end of the "gasoline" added. The end result is the same, although I'd argue that throttle response is more relevant in Britain due the proliferation of manual (stickshift, before anyone starts editing) cars (automobiles) as opposed to the far more common automatic cars in America.
