Started Article

Started the article on this unraced protype car. Saw on the F1 Portal that it was a requested article, so I basically made a start using some of my own knowledge, and a lot of internet links. Plenty of references to all of the things that have been written. Hopefully more information can be put in. I linked to a site in the external links which has plenty of pictures in it, both factory shots and ones of it painted red for the stefan gp test. I am assuming we can't use one of these in the article?

Hopefully more knowledge can be added to the article, but what I have written is a start and a base for it to expand.
