Reentry altitude

Isn't it more likely that an orbit is considered "transatmospheric" when the perigee is within the reentry altitude which NASA defines at 400 thousand feet (122 km / 76 mi)? 2001:4BC9:A43:D3A7:6016:6B2E:936F:B030 (talk) 19:07, 2 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]
