Bern or Berne?

This article was moved from Treaty of Berne to Treaty of Bern at some point, without editorial explanation. The name of the town in German is Bern, in French Berne. The English-language Wikipedia prefers the spelling Berne, the official language of the UPU is French. Should this article therefore not be titled Treaty of Berne? Michel Doortmont (talk) 19:11, 5 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I think that it should be moved, since references I see to the Treaty in English refer to "Berne." --Nettework (talk) 18:01, 20 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]
