Talk:Trigate transistors

Adequate content but insufficient context - only details Intel's nonplanar transistor development effort instead of widespread industry interest. I have created a barebones Multigate device entry which puts FinFETs, tri-gate devices, and GAAs all on the same page and has sufficient breadth for sufficient mention of multigate memory cells.
