Untitled[edit]

Speaking of the sounds of heartbeats on rock and roll records, the song "Broken Arrow," by Buffalo Springfield, written and with lead vocal by Neil Young, ends with the sound of a heartbeat. Sincerely, maccbMaccb 03:17, 24 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

CITATIONS !!!!!!!!! CANDIDATE FOR DELETION????[edit]

1. ELP is one of my fave-rave rock bands (classical-rock/prog-rock) - so I'm a bit personally irked by this article. OR and personal opinions abound. This thing needs to be cited all over the place. Is this one on a watchlist? Per WIKI policies, much of this should be removed until it can be sourced. Someone with a copy of Macan's biography of the band could properly cite many things about the album, let alone the existence of numerous pop/rock journal articles that have been written on the group. And a YouTube reference ?????? What the heck is that? Hardly RS. HammerFilmFan (talk) 18:25, 17 February 2011 (UTC) HammerFilmFan[reply]

One question mark (and no exclamation mark) is quite sufficient. Thank you very much. TheScotch (talk) 23:41, 9 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]

'Invented' the heartbeat drum idea?[edit]

I replaced the word 'invented' with used. The word 'invented' is pretentious and completely unfounded. You're telling me you honestly think no one made a heartbeat with their drum before this recording... ever?!? Cite a patent or trademark. If there isn't one, quit making ridiculous statements. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 24.255.49.206 (talk) 20:17, 28 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]
