In the infobox, the death toll says "300 reported". It would probably be better to say "Over 300" or "More than 300" because obviously the death toll exceeded 300 based on reading the article

There's something wrong with that link to Herbert in the infobox. I think it's an issue with the capital letters

For reference 10, the title is "prolonged floods hit thailand". I don't know what the original title looked like, but you should at least put a capital letter for "Prolonged" and "Thailand"
