Merger proposal
[edit]@Coal town guy, Mysticraccoon, and JJMC89 bot: I propose to merge Troy, Woodford County, Kentucky into Troy, Jessamine County, Kentucky. It seems they duplicate each other. (Generated using markasduplicate.js.) --Matěj Suchánek (talk) 08:18, 13 February 2020 (UTC)
- The GPS coordinates of the town sit on the county LINE between Woodford and Jessamine counties. I suspect part of the town was in each county, which is acceptable in the USA, per List of administrative divisions by country:
"Note that municipalities and cities can exist in multiple counties."

- In which case, can I suggest that the merge should be of both pages to Troy, Kentucky, as that disambiguation page will no longer be needed. Klbrain (talk) 05:54, 13 October 2020 (UTC)
- Brilliant! Now that is thinking outside of the county box. Normal Op (talk) 06:19, 13 October 2020 (UTC)
- Merger complete. Klbrain (talk) 15:35, 2 January 2021 (UTC)
