Oyate Trail, to merge?

The article Oyate Trail seems to be entirely about U.S. Route 18 or a section thereof. It doesn't appear to have the full notability to stand as its own article. I propose that it be merged into U.S._Route_18#South_Dakota. I am not entirely sure what parts of the content are appropriate to really move over here though.
