Initial review under new article curation / review

[edit]

I could not find any independent coverage of USC Center for the Political Future in all of those references. Of course USC is wp:notable. Most of the references are of speeches made at USC and typically have reference to USC, not the USC Center for the Political Future. And the article has very little content on the USC Center for the Political Future other than some internally sourced organizational details. The concern is that this may be some non-wp:notable. The remedy would be to have more material on the topic of the article sourced by independent sources. It would seem to me that if the USC Center for the Political Future (rather than just USC) played a major role in arranging the speeches etc. that they should hav a pretty large scale with such coverage and material available. I put the tag on and am leaving this note but not AFD'ing the article or marking it as reviewed. If I can be of any help let me know. Sincerely, North8000 (talk) 15:29, 11 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]
